FOREWORD The Iranian Petroleum Standards (IPS) reflect the views of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum and are intended for use in the oil and gas production facilities, oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, gas handling and processing installations and other such facilities. IPS is based on internationally acceptable standards and includes selections from the items stipulated in the referenced standards. They are also supplemented by additional requirements and/or modifications based on the experience acquired by the Iranian Petroleum Industry and the local market availability. The options which are not specified in the text of the standards are itemized in data sheet/s, so that, the user can select his appropriate preferences therein. The IPS standards are therefore expected to be sufficiently flexible so that the users can adapt these standards to their requirements. However, they may not cover every requirement of each project. For such cases, an addendum to IPS Standard shall be prepared by the user which elaborates the particular requirements of the user. This addendum together with the relevant IPS shall form the job specification for the specific project or work. The IPS is reviewed and up-dated approximately every five years. Each standards are subject to amendment or withdrawal, if required, thus the latest edition of IPS shall be applicable The users of IPS are therefore requested to send their views and comments, including any addendum prepared for particular cases to the following address. PURCHASER: Means the “Company" where this standard is a part of direct purchaser order by the “Company”, and the “Contractor” where this Standard is a part of contract document VENDOR AND SUPPLIER: Refers to firm or person who will supply and/or fabricate the equipment or material. CONTRACTOR: Refers to the persons, firm or company whose tender has been accepted by the company. EXECUTOR: Executor is the party which carries out all or part of construction and/or commissioning for the project. INSPECTOR: The Inspector referred to in this Standard is a person/persons or a body appointed in writing by the company for the inspection of fabrication and installation work SHALL: Is used where a provision is mandatory. SCOPE اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت ﻛﻤﻴﻨﻪ را ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺰﻳﻨﺶ و ﺧﺮﻳﺪ ﺷﺎﻫﺘﻴﺮ،ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي ﺳﻘﻔﻲ و دروازهاي ﺑﺎ ﭘﻞ ﻣﺘﺤﺮك روروﻧﺪه ﺑﺎﻻﺑﺮ ﻛﺎﻟﺴﻜﻪاي روروﻧﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي،ﺗﻜﻲ ﻳﺎ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي، ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي دروازهاي ﻃﺮهدار،ﻧﻴﻤﻪ دروازهاي ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي دﻳﻮاري و ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي دﻳﮕﺮي ﻛﻪ داراي،ﻗﻄﺒﻲ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎي اﺻﻮﻟﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد در ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﭘﺎﻻﻳﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز و ﻛﺎرﺧﺎﻧﺠﺎت، ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ،ﭘﺎﻻﻳﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ ﭘﺘﺮوﺷﻴﻤﻲ و اﻛﺘﺸﺎف و اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت دﻳﮕﺮي ﻛﻪ ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي ﺳﻘﻔﻲ و.ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﺎﺷﺪ را ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ دروازهاي ﺑﻪ ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺤﺮك ﺳﻘﻔﻲ و ﭘﻞ دروازهاي ﻧﻴﺰ .ﻣﻌﺮوف ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﮔﻪ داده ﻫﺎي ﻫﺮ ﺟﺮﺛﻘﻴﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده .ﺷﻮد This Standard covers minimum requirements for selection and purchasing of overhead and gantry cranes (also known as overhead traveling and portal bridge cranes ) with top running bridge, single or multiple girder, top running trolley hoist, including semi-gantry cranes ( also known as semi –portal bridge cranes) , cantilever gantry cranes, polar cranes, wall cranes and others having the same fundamental characteristics for use in refinery services, chemical, oil, gas and petrochemical plants and where applicable in production and other services. The load rating should not be more than 80% of the maximum load sustained during the test. Test loads shall not be more than 125% of the rated load, unless otherwise recommended by the 14 Nov. 2008/ 1387 آﺑﺎن manufacturer. The test reports shall be placed on file where readily available to appointed personnel. GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY ﻓﺮوﺷﻨﺪه ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺿﻤﺎﻧﺖ ﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰات ﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺳﺎﻟﻢ و از ﺟﻨﺲ درﺟﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﺎﻫﺮاﻧﻪ اي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﻛﻪ در اﻳﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت و ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺖ ﻫﺎي آن ﺗﻮﺿﻴﺢ اﮔﺮ ﻇﺮف ﻳﻜﺴﺎل از ﺷﺮوع ﻛﺎر.داده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﺎر ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ ،( ﻣﺎه ﭘﺲ از ﺣﻤﻞ آن ﻫﺎ24) ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰات ﻳﺎ ﺑﻴﺴﺖ و ﭼﻬﺎر ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ آن ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰات داراي ﻋﻴﺐ،ﻫﺮﻛﺪام ﻛﻪ زودﺗﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت راﻳﮕﺎن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻓﺮوﺷﻨﺪه ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ و در .ﻛﺎرﮔﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺧﺮﻳﺪار ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺷﻮد Vendor shall guarantee that the equipment supplied shall be of sound, high grade material, built in a workmanlike manner and perform as described in this specification and attachments.
