a FOREWORD The Iranian Petroleum Standards (IPS) reflect the views of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum and are intended for use in the oil and gas production facilities, oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, gas handling and processing installations and other such facilities. IPS is based on internationally acceptable standards and includes selections from the items stipulated in the referenced standards. They are also supplemented by additional requirements and/or modifications based on the experience acquired by the Iranian Petroleum Industry and the local market availability. The options which are not specified in the text of the standards are itemized in data sheet/s, so that, the user can select his appropriate preferences therein. The IPS standards are therefore expected to be sufficiently flexible so that the users can adapt these standards to their requirements. However, they may not cover every requirement of each project. For such cases, an addendum to IPS Standard shall be prepared by the user which elaborates the particular requirements of the user. This addendum together with the relevant IPS shall form the job specification for the specific project or work. The IPS is reviewed and up-dated approximately every five years. Each standards are subject to amendment or withdrawal, if required, thus the latest edition of IPS shall be applicable The users of IPS are therefore requested to send their views and comments, including any addendum prepared for particular cases to the following address. BATTERY CHARGER CONSTRUCTION 7.1 The battery charger shall be static type and shall be furnished with provisions to automatically initiate the equalize charge upon restoration of AC power after an outage. The enclosure shall be arranged for front operation. Rear access will not be required. Float charging: ﺷﺎرژ ﺷﻨﺎور ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳﺖ از ﻋﺒﻮر ﻳﻚ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن ﺑﺮق از ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﺑﺎ وارد ﻧﻤﻮدن وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺑﺮق ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﻤﻨﻈﻮر،ﺑﺎﺗﺮي .ﻧﮕﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﻫﺎ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺷﺎرژ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ The float charging is passing an electric current through the battery bank, by applying a constant DC voltage in order to maintain the battery in the state of fully charged condition. : ﺷﺎرژ ﺗﻌﺎدﻟﻲ-2 2. Equalize charging: ﺷﺎرژ ﺗﻌﺎدﻟﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﮔﺬراﻧﺪن ﺟﺮﻳﺎن اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻛﺎﻓﻲ از ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﺑﺎ وارد ﻧﻤﻮدن وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺑﺮق ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎﻟﻲ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺎﻟﻲ را در زﻣﺎن ﻣﺤﺪود ﺷﺎرژ دوره. اﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺗﻮﻣﺎﺗﻴﻚ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد.ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ . در اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ،زﻣﺎن ﺷﺎرژ The equalize charging is passing sufficient electric current through the battery bank, by applying a controlled DC voltage in order to restore the partially or totally discharged battery in a limited time. This operation is performed automatically. The time duration is specified in this specification. : ﺷﺎرژ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ-3 3. Boost charging: ﺷﺎرژ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﮔﺬراﻧﺪن ﺟﺮﻳﺎن اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻛﺎﻓﻲ از ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺑﺮق ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺎﻟﻲ ﻳﺎ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺧﺎﻟﻲ را در ﻳﻚ زﻣﺎن از ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ . اﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﺑﺼﻮرت دﺳﺘﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد.ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎرژ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ دوره زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺷﺎرژ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب دﺳﺘﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﭘﺮاﺗﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺷﺎرژ و ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ، در زﻣﺎن ﺷﺎرژ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ دﺳﺘﻲ.ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد .ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ از ﻣﺪار ﺑﺎر ﻣﺼﺮﻓﻲ ﺟﺪا ﺧﻮاﻫﻨﺪ ﺷﺪ The boost charging is passing sufficient electric current through the battery bank, by applying a controlled DC voltage in order to charge rapidly a partially or totally discharged battery in a predetermined time. This operation is performed manually. The duration for boost charging will be selected by the operator. During manual boost charging the charger and the associated battery bank will be isolated from the loads. : ﻳﺎدآوري-4 4.
