The University Center Transformation Project is largely
funded by a student fee increase implemented in two
significant increases. These increases are specifically
to pay for the University Center Transformation, and
after the debt service is paid off for both phases of the
project, the University Center Fee will go back down to
its current level of $35 per student per long semester.
The chart below shows the projected implementation of
the University Center Fee Increases through the end of
the fee increase in FY2038 (Fall of 2037). Both
fall/spring semester fees and summer semester fees
are listed.
