The Cisco Leading Virtual Classroom Instruction
course is delivered by Cisco® WebEx®
University instructors and covers the skills that
are required for certification as a Cisco Virtual
Classroom Instruction Specialist. The goal of this
training is to teach instructors how to prepare and
manage a virtual classroom and effectively use
collaboration tools to maximize student
participation and comprehension.
This course is presented through Cisco WebEx,
but the skills that are taught are applicable to any
virtual conferencing platform.

Requirements:
Cisco WebEx is a web-based service that
works on any computer with Internet
access--Windows, Mac, Linux, or Solaris—
without complicated installation. Participants
do not need to be WebEx subscribers to
attend the virtual training.
Prerequisites:
A working knowledge of conferencing and
collaboration tools, like those available in
Cisco WebEx, is assumed. Participants are
encouraged to obtain an understanding of
key features such as communicating with
participants, managing sessions, polling
and whiteboarding. WebEx offers
comprehensive instructor-led and more
