To live the virtue of empathy is to walk in another’s shoes. Why is it difficult for us to understand another’s situation and why are we sometimes unwilling to help? 3. Activity To walk in another’s shoes is to understand the different circumstances and challenges people encounter daily. The food drive and Thanksgiving are approaching…we as a Notre Dame Catholic school community are being asked to walk in the shoes of those less fortunate. We ask all students and staff to bring in ONE non-perishable item towards the upcoming food drive.
