Funding for Scantrons for the Student Government Association Office and the
Educational Resource Center
PURPOSE:
For the Student Government Association of Western Kentucky University to
allocate $90.00 from senate discretionary funding for scantrons for the Student
Government Association Office at the Educational Resources Center.
WHEREAS: The Educational Resources Center provides numerous resources to all students
taking classes within the College of Education and Behavioral science, and
WHEREAS:
In the past, the Student Government Association has supported the Educational
Resources Center by providing scantrons, and they have recently contacted the
Student Government Association and requested more scantrons, and
WHEREAS: The demand for scantrons in the Student Government Association Office has been
great this semester, and the “office supply” budget has been completely
exhausted, and
WHEREAS: Four 500-packs of scantrons will be purchased; one will be for the Educational
Resources Center and the remaining three will be for the Student Government
Association Office.
THEREFORE:
Be it resolved that the Student Government Association of Western
Kentucky University will allocate $90.00 from senate discretionary
funding for scantrons for the Student Government Association Office at
the Educational Resources Center.
