The Cisco® Acano Certified Expert 1 course is an instructor-led, lab-based, handson course offered by Cisco Learning Services. This course is designed to establish a
minimum level of knowledge and competency among Acano resale and installation
partners that will enable them to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate Acano
servers for their customers.

At the end of the course, you should be able to:

Install and configure a two-server Acano solution that extends access to outside the firewall and links to
other internal Cisco Unified Communications applications

Use the tools provided for troubleshooting
●
Install and configure a redundant Acano solution that extends access to outside the firewall and links to
other internal Unified Communications applications
