Cisco Prime Service Catalog Developer Training
The Cisco Prime™ Service Catalog Foundation (PSCD) training is an instructor-led,
lab-based, hands-on course offered by Cisco® Learning Services that provides
instruction in advanced service design and development in the Cisco Prime Service
Catalog.
The Cisco Prime Service Catalog is a self-service portal that you can use to order and manage any type of IT
service, from the data center to the desktop. With the service catalog software, IT can standardize and consolidate
a wide array of services and give end users a self-service shopping experience. The catalog also standardizes,
unifies, and automates delivery processes for data center and workplace services.

This course is designed for anyone responsible for using Cisco Prime Service Catalog to design and configure an

Course Prerequisites
The course prerequisite is completion of the Cisco Prime Service Catalog Foundation Training course and a
working knowledge of web services, XML, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), RESTful APIs, and JavaScript.
