MARCH SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL 2016
Thank you to everyone who attended our Lenten Mass at St. Joseph’s parish on Tuesday March 1 st.
What a
blessing for our St. Herbert school family to gather and give thanks to our Lord in the church together. We
also wish to thank all those who made the effort to attend our School Advisory Council meeting on Thursday
March 3rd! We appreciate your time as we positively work toward the continuation of St. Herbert School. We
strongly encourage every family to take the time to show your support for St. Herbert School to those who will
be voting this spring on the future of our school. Support St. Herbert School by contacting the Trustees at

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Shrove Tuesday pancake day on February 9th! Every volunteer
from busy parents, to busy police officers, our very busy Trustee Luz del Rosario, and even Mr. and Mrs. Matos
Senior came out to make Pancake day not only possible, but a lot of fun too!
Thank you in advance to all of you who plan to order pizza for the last part of this school year. Gino’s pizza
will be back along with an exciting prize draw which will happen in the spring. So get your order sheets in as
soon as possible! Thank you again for your support of St. Herbert School in this and so many other ways.
PRAYER in honour of ST. JOSEPH (feast day March 19th)
O God, Who in Your unspeakable providence chose Saint Joseph to be the spouse of Your
most Holy Mother, grant that as we venerate him as our protector on earth, we may deserve
to have him as our intercessor in Heaven through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son. Amen
