Ensure that all clients’ needs are met. Remain attentive, friendly, helpful, and especially professional to all clients in the salon. Fill out prescription pads for each client (as directed by the service provider), indicating product recommendations made by the service provider. Maintain the cleanliness of the salon. Sweep the floors, organize product shelves, clean shampoo basins, organize magazine rack and carry out any other delegated responsibilities. Housekeeping duties as required: Coffee bar replenished, assist cleaners in folding towels, deliver soiled laundry to laundry room etc. Product shelves, the colour room, and the towels stations must be kept stocked and cleaned. All assigned opening and closing procedures are to be completed before shift’s end. Duties are assigned by the team leader and checked for completion upon clocking out. Opening duties includes: ensuring all salon stations are ready – linens are in place, guests are accompanied to the appropriate waiting area etc. Closing duties includes: collect soiled linens, clean trolleys, refill products as required, organize the colour room.
