“Don’t Worry” Plan
Culture Quest is sensitive to the safety and financial concerns that parents and
teachers have when it comes to international travel. Our “Don’t Worry” Plan allows
your group the freedom of advanced trip planning without incurring heavy
cancellation penalties or compromising anyone’s peace of mind.
•EXTENDED CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual participants may cancel their
participation in writing on any Culture
Quest Travel Program up to 181 days
prior to the departure date and receive a
full refund of all monies paid.
•NO BORDERS POLICY
You may change your departure date
and/or travel program to another itinerary
by notifying us up to 100 days prior to
your original departure date. To be
eligible, all participants from your group
must transfer to the new date and/or
travel program. All changes are based on
availability. Increased program fees may apply.
•ADDITIONAL TRAVEL SECURITY
Our optional Travel Insurance Select
Policy offers trip cancellation protection
for acts of terrorism in a country that is
part of your covered trip provided the acts
cause the U.S. Department of State to
issue a travel warning stating you should
not travel within that country for a period
of time that would include your trip.
•PRICE GUARANTEE POLICY
Early Birds: Any participant who
registers on a Culture Quest Travel
Program for the following calendar year
by June 30 will receive an automatic price
guarantee and a $50 discount to be
credited toward his/her departure taxes.
The second payment is due on September
15 of the current calendar year. The final
payment is due 90 days prior to
departure.
Everyone Else: Program fees will not
increase for any participant who pays in
full by October 31 (for travel commencing
on or before March 31 of the next
calendar year) or by December 15 (for
travel commencing on or after April 1 of
the next calendar year).
