Spiral Instant Activities
for U.S. History
Thank you for purchasing my Spiral Instant Activities for U.S.
History. I created this resource to use in my own classroom. I truly
believe that Spiral Review is the key to success when teaching any
subject area. I have used my Spiral Review for Math for the past 2
years and it has helped my students make huge gains on
standardized test scores. For this reason, I have created a similar
spiral review system for my Social Studies class. I use the History
Alive program, so most of the topics follow the progression of this
program. This was created for my 5th Grade classroom but would
also be a great review for any U.S. History classroom.
On the next page you will find the Topics Index, which shows all the
Topics taught in my Social Studies classroom and covered in this
review. You can look beside each topic to see when it is first
introduced, and on which Review sheets it is addressed.
Each review sheet is numbered, and contains 1-3 questions. To save
paper, there are 2 reviews on each sheet.
I have also included an answer key to this document. I have
proofread it several times, but if you encounter any typo’s or
mistakes, please let me know by using the “ask a question” feature
on TpT. Thank you again for your purchase!
