 The Watsonville Family YMCA has a job opening for a Membership
Associate. We are seeking a responsible person who is friendly, and
energetic with strong customer service experience. Ideal candidates
will create a nurturing, meaningful, and seamless experience for YMCA
members and guests and will demonstrate YMCA values of caring,
honesty, respect and responsibility.
This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours weekly,
$10.00/hour.
Requirements:
• Must have high school diploma or GED;
• Must have minimum of one year of customer service, member
relations or sales experience;
• Basic computer skills with at least one year of data entry
experience required;
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must have effective listening and communication skills;
• Must have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior;
• Must have ability to connect with people of diverse
backgrounds;
• Must pass a background check.
