What: A Breakfast with Books
When: Monday, July 16, 2012
9-10 AM
Where: On the South Lawn at May Whitney
Why: to support summer reading
We will have a free breakfast.
Breakfast may include pancakes, granola bars, fruit, donuts, juice, etc.
While we picnic on the lawn, we will have plot conversations in small groups.
Bring items from home related to the plot of your story. Think about the beginning, middle, and end of
your story and key events.
This will help to spark your conversations.
What to bring: lawn/camp chairs or a picnic blanket, your book or books that you have been reading,
a parent or other older person who will be responsible for you.
