We are offering a unique opportunity to learn about the basic skills and tenets of Tae Kwon Do from
Master Kim of W. Kim Tae Kwon Do, Lake Zurich.

After school from 3:00-4:00pm in the May Whitney Upper Gym.
Children must either be picked up at the Main Entrance at 4:00 or go directly to the YMCA program.
The cost of the program is $36 per child. Master Kim is generously donating 100% of the tuition to the
PTO. Please make checks payable to "May Whitney PTO".
* PLEASE NOTE: To ensure a quality experience, class enrollment is limited to 30 students. Enrollment
will be made on a first come first served basis. All forms must be turned in by Friday, May 2. If you have
