Bulldog Bulletin August 24, 2015 Kindergarten News We will also begin assessing each child this week in the area of counting, letters, sounds, shapes, and basic information. We will be sending home this information in a couple of weeks as part of a midterm report. A great way to help your child is to review his/her worksheets each evening. Ask your child what number is on the paper or what sound he/she has written. Also have your child to practice counting. For example, if your child can count to 10, then practice counting to 20. Every Kindergarten student should be able to count to 100 by the end of the year. We sent home a book order for you to view with your child today. If you wish to order, please send it back to school by Tues., Sept. 1st or you can order online at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs, using the code GLZZA.
