ABSTRACT
This paper aims at resolving the mass murder of female babies or fetuses in India, China and
elsewhere. The number of female babies or children killed in India and China alone is running at
over 220 million over this generation alone. The only thing humans at large can do about this
appalling genocide (the killing of babies without the Y gene) is to foster equal status of men and
women and bring about men of quality who respects women’s equality. This genocide has been
covered up with names like infanticide but it is actually the worst genocide in the history of earth.
The word genocide has been adopted by United Nations to have legal consequences in January
1951. Once a situation categorized as genocide, countries are compelled to take action. 140
nations have rectified this convention so far. This United Nations charter came about due to the
vigorous campaign by a lawyer named Raphael Lemkin to prevent the horrors of the holocaust
from ever happening again.
Keywords: Female infanticide, genocide, status of women and men.
INTRODUCTION
The mother's lap is the school for all; it is everyone’s
first place of worship. Therefore mothers should be
conferred the highest respect. Fathers provide
material wealth for the family while mother fosters the
moral strength which is so critical to the smooth
running of any society. But today this respect for
women have dwindled to such an extent that they are
murdered as soon as they are born. Instead of being
adored, elderly mothers are sent to old folk homes.
The realization by all, for the special role of women
can help reduce divorce rates and other separation
between parents which is deteriorating the status of
women and therefore society as a whole.
Leaders of the world are just not focusing on the
terrible and huge genocide of women. It is easy to
detect this killing because research have shown that if
humans do not interfere with natural selection, a
nation will always have 50% males and 50% female,
plus minus a few percentage (CIA Fact Book, 2014). It
is one of the miracles that God (or the all-powerful
force) created to show His existence. For example,
U.S.A has a slightly higher percentage of males but
they tend to die off at a faster rate in wars and
accidents. Therefore in India and China which has 70
and 150 million less female respectively, it is
conclusive that a total of 220 million female babies or
children were killed within this generation. This figure
of 220 million in these two countries itself compares to
the much hyped killing of 72 million people during the
entire World War II (WWII). Some may argue that the
economic consequence of WWII is greater. But
given a proper administration, the lost opportunity cost
220 million females definitely greater. Some
sociologist claim that extra population is a burden
(Thane, 1987), which is just like saying because we
cannot enter a door we need to cut off our heads. Any
businessmen will state that it is easier to do business
when population is higher. The higher population will
provide markets as well as labor to run businesses.
How many top scholars, scientist or mothers or wives
of scientist are lost as all these females are killed?
Then there is the 220 million men who will end up
without wives and this will lead to social problems
where everyone get effected; media reports of rapes
in India brought down the tourism industry by 30%
(Tiwari, 2012). The lack of extra guidance of 220
million mothers to the country’s population is
immense. Mothers are the main guides for children.

Problem Definition and Solution
The only way a society can truly progress is by
allowing women to come up in society. Women can
achieve anything they set their minds on. Women
should be encouraged and given equal opportunities
in all levels of society. Sadly today life have become
so perverted that only evil violation of women
triumphs. Humans must realize that for a country to
be strong and stable, its women must be independent
and have a spiritual culture. Mothers can rid the world
of injustice, greed, falsehood and cruelty if they are
trusted enough by men for the upbringing of their
children. For this great responsibility, women must be
provided a good education. It must be noted that in
places where education is provided equally to man
and women, the infanticide problem vanishes; this in
can be observed in Kerala, India (Menon, 1979).
The universal rule to treat females is to treat others
in the same way one would like others to treat oneself.
The problem with all genocides is that the victims are
not taken as equal. The Nazis did not believe the
Jews were as human as themselves. Similarly the
aggressors in the killing of female babies do not
perceive them as equal to themselves. We have to
move to a new world where humans have to realize
from DNA evidence that all human beings are of one
species quite different from other human-like species
like Neanderthals or Denisovan. Humans have to
forget their violent past which only adds to grief.
Evidences of successful economies where women are
treated amicably are plenty. As these stories are
propagated, humans will gain strength from them and
make appropriate changes in their countries. Women
tend to be considered ‘weak’ because they yield to
anger and sorrow much more easily than men; so they
need to take extra pains to overcome these two.
After spending years in schools, all the way to
universities, women should not shut themselves in
homes. A married life is where they can set up ideal
homes but they should also utilize all they have
studied so meticulously at such great cost. Education
and taking care of children has become big business
as the prices in this fields increases it would be
economical and natural for woman to opt to fully take
up the service of educating their own children.
Man needs woman as much as woman needs
man. On average in the world (especially if the
developing countries are included), women the world
over turns little raw products, like wheat, rice, corn
flour, vegetables or other merge raw materials into
nourishment for entire families.
But statistically
families without the critical link of having both a man
and woman bringing in and processing the raw food,
tend to be the ones living in poverty or starving from
malnutrition. In richer families the differentiation
between wage earners and non-wage earners tend to
be greater because luxuries are expensive and only
the wage earner can purchase them. However there
are cases in modern societies where women can
successfully bring up children, especially with some
help from parents (King CS 1969).
The statistics of single mother taking care of
families without any help from parents are not good. In
UK for example, 47% of the single parent families live
below the government defined poverty line (Risman
and Park, 1988). A Swedish study stated that children
from single parent families are three times more likely
to kill themselves or end up in hospital after an
attempted suicide (Quinlan, 2003). A US study
showed that children of divorced parents are seven
times more likely to suffer from depression in adult life.
30% of children from broken families have to spend
some period of their lives with step parents (Shattuck
and Kreider, 2012). Thus there is a need for all to
appreciate the contributions of both females and
males to households so that all can understand the
ultimate aim of ensuring a decent future for children
and therefore societies and the world at large.
Women have been fighting for recognition in USA
since 1872. In that year Susan B. Anthony was
arrested and fined $100 for voting and she refused to
pay. She went on to give an inspiring speech where
she highlighted that the United States constitution
stated that, "We, the people of the United States, in
order to form a more perfect union, establish justice,
insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common
defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the
blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do
ordain and establish this Constitution for the United
States of America." She argued that the constitution
talked about, “We the people” and not the males or
half of the population only (DuBois and Anthony,
1877). It is brave women like Susan Anthony who
liberated women to the extent seen today. This is a far
cry from the Roman times when men can have an
affair with any woman who does not belong to another
basically rendering woman as property.
Therefore woman in USA are way ahead in their
fight for equal rights and liberty especially after the big
campaigns in the 1970s. The realization that they
were free gave them assertive power in marriages but
it also caused a sharp increase in divorces. Woman
and children are often the victims of this. Single
mother families are the poorest Americans. As an
example of what is going on in single families headed
by ladies, one lady said on the Opera show that to
bring up her three children, she had a day job and at
nights had to get involved in the prostitution trade.
The current trend of boys and girls falling in love at
too young an age is one of the major causes of the
prevalence of single mothers which has proven to be
detrimental to society. Once children are mature and
capable of supporting a family, it is appropriate to “fall
82 J. Res. Peace Gend. Dev.
in love and marry”. This will also reduce the cases of
heart-broken boys and girls who commit suicide over
failed love affairs.
No doubt there are physical differences and
woman tends to be physically weaker on the average,
but women generally make it up with better health
statistics. Basically humans, whether male or female
are essentially the same inside; males were born with
a bulge at the crotch while females get their bulge
later in their lives on their chests. Humans have
become so materialistic that the overwhelming
majority of humans tend to judge woman physically,
obscuring the innate spiritual powers within them.
There is an interesting ancient scripture which states
that males and females are not defined by their
strength and beauty. They should be defined by how
they practice differing but very powerful virtues of truth
for man and love for woman. Strength and beauty are
the outcome of practicing these virtues. The same
ancient scripture states that girls are for peace and
boys are for wisdom. This love should be
differentiated from lust; the best definition of love
being the affection of a mother for a child.
As a sample of a situation to indicate how love is
paramount for females compared to truth. This author
was leading a charity initiative of building shelters for
the poor. A far away village was reached to build a
home. After the initial work, construction supplies had
to be purchased from the closest town. Firstly a
hardware store of a father and his sons (four sons)
was approached. The father said that they cannot
deliver because their truck was out and that the
delivery can only be made at 1:00pm. So another
hardware store was approached, which was run by a
mother and her daughters. The mother said that
delivery can be made immediately but it was only
delivered at 2:00pm! This sample situation indicates
that women can more easily tell lies than men
because their main characteristic is not truth but love.
Women can be excused for this because they more
than compensate their ability to lie with their plentiful
love which they always need to bind their families
together. On the other hand, even ruthlessly bad
gambling men tend not to be untruthful in a gambling
game. Truth is one virtue men understands and tend
to keep as a pillar even while doing bad things. It is
easier for a woman to lie just as it is easier for a man
to not love despite getting involved in actions which
indicate that they are in love. This must be the reason
why some women fall for worst among men who
pretend to love them for ulterior motives. The physical
form to which we are born informs us and also
naturally guides our bodies to value the appropriate
virtues of truth or love.
Mother Theresa proved that by practicing pure love,
she could move the masses to eradicate the poverty
of millions of destitute people. She declared that the
real poverty is the absence of love. She also said
woman is neither meant to surpass man, nor to be
trampled under his foot. She should stand as his
equal, his companion in his joys and sorrows of life
(Poplin, 2011).
This innate virtue inherent in woman can also
translate to physical strength as shown by Genevieve,
a French lady who practiced loving spirituality to
almost extreme extent (being a vegetarian who ate
only twice a week), which gave her great spiritual
powers. She depicted the best in womanhood in
ancient Europe (419-512 AD). Her prayers was said
to have saved Paris from Attila the Hun (Bentley,
1993). Then there was Joan of Arc, who in 1429,
convinced the uncrowned King Charles VII of her
divine vision from God, instructing her to go on a
mission to save France from an almost unfathomable
forces of the British. The sixteen year old Joan was
sent by uncrowned king Charles VII at the head of a
French army to fight at the siege at Orleans, where
they won after a nine-day war. Joan led the French
army for a few more victories which eventually freed
France from English domination (Lucie-Smith, 1976).
In India, one of the most highly regarded women is
Meerabai. Meerabai propagated love all through the
huge empire of Akbar. Akbar, the emperor who
conquered most of old India (a land stretching from
Afghanistan to near the bottom of south India.) went to
see her and touched her feet in reverence. That is an
indication of the power of love she acquired.
According to the Indian belief and ideals of
marriage, husband and wife form the right and left
halves of the same body respectively; they are
complementary parts of the same unit. Everyone has
a mother as the source of their life and body. So
mothers have to be strong in mind and body. They
need to be steeped in culture and process good
character which is sanctified by holy thoughts of love
and dedication. Good mothers make a good nation.
Most leaders of nations have not started to value this
contribution of mothers, though it is far more powerful
than all the weapons and other material needs nations
seems to striving for (Flood, 1996).
When this author asked her nine year daughter,
while playing basketball, “If you got a 95% marks and
was competing to get a job with a boy who got only
80%, and he got the job just because he is a boy,
would you agree to this?” She said, “That’s cheating!”
with an affirmative and raised voice. It is just not a
natural for a female to accept differential treatment
from males. But when grown up ladies are asked the
same question, the answers are not so definite. Some
answer that they are not sure and others just avoid the
question and a few others reluctantly agree. One
educated (with a degree in biology) and modern
looking (short hair) lady stated that the place for a
woman is at home. She continued that, it is just that
Karunakaran 83
in these days, families cannot afford for her to stay at
home. The answers are more definite when American
ladies were asked, but even for them, there is a slight
reluctance in their affirmation that woman are equal to
man. The general feeling is that they are obviously
different, just as every man is different from each
other. But they must be treated equally just as a
parent treats all babies equally.
The love quality which was mentioned previously
as woman’s characteristic is as powerful as the truth
quality that man possess. But many ladies look at the
physical level and subdue this powerful love they have
in them. For example, many women in high positions
tend to dress as men, even to the point of having
mans’ hairs style. If a masculine look and physique
drives the world’s economy why are not the most
physically strong man ruling the world or even big
corporations. Maybe the thousands of years of
discrimination have moved into the consciousness of
ladies as they grow older, causing them to believe
they do not have the power. This is just like an
elephant; when it is young, a chain around their legs
will prevent their free movements, but as they get
older, it’s belief that the chain will hold it in place is still
within their consciousness, even though it has grown
so huge and can easily break the chain. This author’s
daughter is a human being exactly like her two
brothers.
She has a slightly different biological
makeup, but she is going to clamor against injustice
(due to her sex) against her. The differential treatment
currently practiced by men or accepted by women in
power (sometimes with vigor) is a learned behavior, it
is not natural.
Every single male on earth has a relationship with
a female or many of them. This author for example
was born to a family of five boys and no girls. Thus
parental job was easy because all can be treated as
soldiers, as numbers. But if this author was born with
just one gene out of 23,000 different, the treatments
and opportunities and ability to fend all throughout life
would have been very different. And if this author was
born in India or China as a girl there would have been
a certain percentage chance of being killed at birth
just because of that 1/23000 gene in that first cell
within the womb.
To change Russia from communism to democracy
after 73 years was difficult. It was a massive “war” of
thoughts to abolish slavery in Britain and America
after 390 years of established practice. And this was
done by brave legislators in Britain and Abraham
Lincoln in USA. Thomas Jefferson was actually afraid
of freeing the slaves because he felt the terrible
treatment they received from the Whites will be etched
in their memories and will not be able to forgive the
Whites. Abraham Lincoln’s initiatives to finally free the
slaves led to the Civil War in 1861, which resulted in
the biggest per capita casualty of all wars fought by
America. American deaths resulting from the Civil war
stand at 750,000 compared to 405,399 for WWII,
which in other words means America lost 2.5% of its’
population during the Civil War compared to 0.32% in
WWII. This actually seems like a just emancipation for
all the wrongs committed during the heights of slavery.
The fight to abolish slavery actually started in England
in 1783. It began when one slave trader threw
overboard 132 sick slaves to their death and
attempted to claim insurance for his loss. Of course
the insurance companies did not want to pay so easily
so they brought this news to the press and the whole
England started debating about why slavery is wrong.
In the British Parliament there was an argument about
abolishing slavery. But slaves contributed 25% of
British economy. Abolishing slavery means Britain will
have to fend off France, Spain or Germany with a 25%
weaker economy because those countries will keep
their slaves. There were some politicians who argued
that the slaves’ children can be freed first and
abolishment can take time. But after a month’s
argument the decision was made to immediately
abolish slavery no matter what the consequence. But
something else happened, British engineers and
scientists had to invent machines to replace the slaves
and the Industrial Revolution started which set-up
Britain to have the biggest Empire in the recorded
history of mankind; “The sun never set on the British
Empire”. This decision within Britain took hold in
America which ended up in the Civil War and
emancipation of slaves there. Thus just as Britain and
America made that critical decision based on morality
alone, rocketed their economies, a correct moral
decision regarding woman rights should promptly
jump start a country’s economy (Litwack, 1979).
But the episode of 390 years of slavery compares
to thousands of years of discrimination against
woman. The discrimination is so entrenched that
even some women has over time seeped into their
consciousness that they are not on the same side of
the fight for their liberation. A large proportion of
woman has come to accept their enslavement. These
women have become what a modern army will
categorize as traitors or deserters to the cause of
liberating women. This fight for woman’s emancipation
is such a major and drastic fight compared to the fight
against slavery. There should be no traitors in this
biggest battle of thoughts the world has ever fought,
all woman should join in this battle against injustice
because what is at stake is the murder of 220 million
women in this current generation, in just India and
China alone. That is not counting the billions of
women who become slaves of sex, either directly or
as slaves to their husbands. This fight needs an
equally powerful weapon; love is that weapon. As
mentioned earlier, women are more endowed with the
Love characteristic than men so love is their most
84 J. Res. Peace Gend. Dev.
powerful weapon which they must use. Great humans
discover their advantages over others and develop it
fully. A violent fight with negativity will not achieve
anything. Gandhi’s principles need to be followed. If
Gandhi’s principles of nonviolent fight can defeat the
greatest empire in the history of mankind (the British
Empire), women can use the same principles to fight
the greatest injustice mankind has ever got involved
in.
It was so far the empirical strength that got males
where there are. But empirical strength is not stable or
lasting without the characteristics of truth and love.
Women should use the power of love which is hidden
within their frame. To nullify inner strengths or say it
does not exist has been the downfall of many men so
far in history. As an example, Hitler used lots of
science to win a war, disregarding the finer qualities
within humans therefore losing the war. The finer
qualities of truth and love of the opposing side was
superior to all the science of this ancient European
civilization. Stories like Hitler are numerous all
throughout history.
Though the inequality between males and females
of the human species have been going on for
thousands of years and seems like perpetuity, it is just
a small fraction of time over which the human race
have existed. There was a longer period of time when
no male will ever think of looking down upon a female.
There was a time that the consciousness of men told
them that every action they do or every thought has
implications on their ability to survive in a dangerous
world filled with wild animals. They knew they needed
the inner strengths and never dared to go against their
consciousness, lest they be killed. But as time went by
material comfort increased thereby causing them to
neglect their finer strengths which eventually led to the
decline of society. Respect for the spiritual power
latent in woman is obscured and might and
materialistic power triumphed.
In very ancient history, most of the spiritual powers
were associated with females; they prayed to female
Goddess. It is this strength that all children take for
granted and depend on for their very survival. Children
knew that the mother’s mystical power is what they
depend on, just as they needed the umbilical cord
while in their mother’s womb. Therefore great respect
for women was the norm in ancient times. Countries
even go to war because of the respect for a woman,
as in the case of Helen of Troy, where the Greeks had
a ferocious war with the Trojans. Another great battle
was fought because of the love of the king of Spain for
the queen of England. Then there is the battles fought
by King Arthur for the love for Guinevere.
Jared Diamond, a professor of the UCLA School of
Medicine wrote an article where he stated if we had a
clock of human civilization which lasted a full 24 hours
and where each hour is a span of 100,000 years, we
would have adopted agriculture at 11:54 pm
(Diamond, 2008). The beginning of agriculture marked
the beginning of power of the few men over others
and also the beginning of discrimination against
women. With the coming of agriculture came the need
for more children and the stressing out of women’s
bodies.
Woman in hunters-gatherers tribes had
babies only once in four years so their health was not
impacted. In agricultural societies they were made
baby production machines for the sake of the farms.
And to add salt to these agricultural womens’ wounds,
studies of ancient bones indicate that it is the women
who did most of the work; thereby wearing out their
bodies even more.
There is hope at the end of this dark tunnel. One of
the greatest scientists the world has ever known is
Nikolai Tesla. Albert Einstein when asked how it felt
like to be the smartest person on earth replied that it is
Nikolai Tesla who should be asked that question. The
whole electric power industry is based on Tesla’s
original system. Tesla invented the induction motor
which is the main driver of the appliances of homes all
the way to the largest machines and cranes in
industry. Some of his inventions were so far ahead of
his time that scientist even today cannot replicate
what he performed in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
His inventions were just too good for the equal
distribution of power and therefore wealth among
humanity that the top businessmen of those days tried
to blotch him out of science books so as to keep their
status quo power over others. His inventions include
“Radiant Energy” which is practically free energy for
all mankind. He also managed to build a free energy
machine which turns atmospheric nitrogen (70% of the
atmosphere) into fertilizer thus providing free fertilizer
for farmers. Imagine a Tesla world where one can
drive from New York to London (assuming the Bering
Strait Bridge is built) in an induction motor driven
electric car which taps free radiant energy and as one
stops somewhere in between, the food is very cheap
because fertilizer is free. In a documentary by Al Gore
called “Inconvenient Truth”, he stated that if a bore is
made on the never frozen ice sheet of the Artic and
taken out, there will be numerous layers of ice, one
layer represent one year of snow. CO2 levels for
thousands of years can therefore be measured. The
plot shows an almost level CO2 level till somewhere
around 1900 which is when Tesla was around. If Tesla
had his way, the graph would have remained on its
trajectory. But because of the ego of a few rich men
(who knew they cannot keep their power over others
as Tesla’s inventions came out), the graph is now
shooting up causing severe global warming and
putting the survival of humanity at stake. Natural
disasters over the last few years are like a list of most
disastrous in the history of mankind.
There are some who claim that Tesla was actually
Karunakaran 85
sent by God to guide mankind to take the appropriate
step in science. Tesla once stated that the world is not
ready for his inventions but one day all will use it. As
far as the world-wide electric grid and usage of his
induction motors is concerned, his prediction has
come true. One of his predictions is that the future
women will be like queen bees controlling the world.
Current scientific projections concur with this
prediction. A futurologist at British Telecoms, Ian
Pearson predicted that sometime around 2020
intelligent machines will do most of the work currently
performed by humans. The emotional and social skills
that women have will be harder to program into
robots. Thus there will be few jobs for humans and
the only work which these machines cannot perform
well, will be performed best by women. Ray Kurzweil
also predicted that skills like getting close to
customers will be the talent sought after most in the
future; and these skills are found aptly in women. The
knowledge workforce will be largely coordinated by
computers and top managers who have skills which
the robots do not have will be possessed mainly by
women (Burgan, 2009).
Women are now already doing most of the work
that were till recently solely for men, like driving trucks,
firefighting, being soldiers in wars and undertaking
construction work. It will not be a smooth transition for
women to take over. There will always be inertia to
change. Spirituality will have to increase to enable the
change. Spirituality means the propagation of love and
through the realization that women cannot be
inferior in any way by pure logic. Man and women will
soon be working side by side as humans. Just as a
man now works with another male colleague with
respect, they will soon be working with a female
colleague with respect. Males will work with female
colleagues recognizing their individual limitations
which are different for each and every female just as
individual limitations are different for each and every
male. No more will a man look upon a woman as a
sexual object. They are just humans with a duty to
perform so as to eventually achieve God realization. A
woman will follow her conscience to live out her live as
she sees fits. No man or woman should be telling her
what to do based on her sex. The whole looking at
opposite sex as sexual objects or wanting to be sexual
objects is due to a misunderstanding that has caused
a lot of problems to this world. Today many man and
women simply catch on to this bandwagon of peer
pressure and just follow fashion.
Among the top females who exploded the myths
that woman cannot achieve what men can achieve is
Madame Curie. Her actual name is Maria Salomea
Skłodowska and was born in Warsaw, Poland. Curie
is the only human being who ever won two Nobel
Prizes in different sciences (Physics and Chemistry).
She and her family (husband and daughter and son
in law) have won more Nobel Prizes than any family
on earth so far. Curie was from an educated family but
ended up poor because of her parents’ involvement in
the independence struggle of Poland from Russia. So
she worked as a governess (a live-in teacher for
children of the rich) to support her education as well
as her sister’s education. She fell in love with a
resident of one of the homes she worked at. But the
family did not agree to this union which broke Curie’s
heart; she stayed back in Poland waiting for him.
Eventually she moved to France to study at Sorbonne
(the University of Paris). Curie studied chemistry,
physics and mathematics. She did her study during
the days and tutored during the nights to finance her
education. Curie ended up with a degree in physics
but continued studying till she got another degree in
mathematics. She later met Pierre Curie, who French
and married him. Among her contributions to science
are: the theory of radioactivity (Curie coined the term),
devising techniques for isolating radioactive isotopes.
She also discovered two elements, namely polonium
and radium (Redniss, 2010).
Another great woman scientist is Stephanie
Kwolek. She is the inventor of the material called
Kevlar. She grew up in Pennsylvania and studied at a
women’s college which is now part of Carnegie Mellon
University in Pittsburg. She earned a Bachelor in
Chemistry degree in 1946 with an aim to continue her
studies to become a medical doctor. But because of
lack of funds, she took up a research job at DuPont’s
textile fibers laboratory in Buffalo, New York. She
worked very hard and had a deep love for her work.
She knew that hard work was the only way to not lose
her laboratory position as many other women did after
World War II ended. In the 1950s, she was transferred
to a superior laboratory named the DuPont Pioneering
Research Laboratory in Wilmington, Delawae.
Stephanie had a number of successes in her search
for new and better polymers. She specialized in the
creation of long chain polymers out of petroleum at
low temperatures which gave them a very high
strength and rigidity. In the 1960s she discovered a
new branch of synthetics materials called liquid
crystalline polymers. She is therefore credited to
having made the first monomers used to make
polybenzamide. She eventually created an aramid
polymer that most researchers would have rejected
because it was fluid and cloudy. But her instinct told
her to spring out the solution and the result was a
synthetic fiber much stiffer and stronger than any
created previously. This was called Kevlar which is
five times stronger than steel but has a weighs 20 %
less. Today Kevlar is used mainly in bullet proof vests
and in tires replacing the steel netting frame within it.
Other uses of Kevlar are in brake pads, spacecraft
shells, suspension bridge cables, skis and helmets
(Rossiter, 1998).

Females today are displayed in newspapers and
magazines as objects. Just imagine when woman
have all the power as predicted by Tesla, they will
never tolerate this sacrilege of a woman’s body. A
woman’s body just happened to look like it does
because it is conducive to being mothers. The media
is putting a false image of how a woman should look
like. No two women look alike, just as no two men look
alike. All humans have different physical traits some
are thin, some fat and some just healthy. Depicting
some healthy women’s pictures on the media is just
like showing scantily clothed bodybuilders as a
representative of men and most women will expect
men to be as the mass media portrays them. Just as
most men cannot achieve the level of fitness of a
bodybuilder, most women also cannot achieve the
level of fitness of a supermodel.
One quite successful woman asked, is there a
reason why the pictures in the media are all of
women? Where are the pictures of the men? Many
women are suffering and dying from anorexia and
bulimia because men are designing ridiculous and
absurd clothes as fashionable. Movies, magazines,
newspapers and the other media portray the perfect
woman as a slim form which few women can aspire to
attain.A typical men will be offended, irritated and will
most probably throw away a newspaper depicting
scantily clothed men. When the opinion of the first
lady was mentioned to another more educated (a lady
with a Masters in Chemical engineering from a top
university in Canada) and successful lady, she said
people should be free to wear whatever they feel
comfortable in; continuing that the type of clothes they
wear represents their character. When mentioned
that it may not be their character but she might be
paid money to do this and this gives a bad impression
of woman in general, she said the man should not buy
into the impression that degrades women. She went
on to state that businesses can come up with lots of
gimmicks but consumers need to analyze whether
they want the product or not (Lim, 2008). The overall
conclusion is that women are not as irritated upon
seeing a picture of a scantily clothed woman as men
are upon seeing scantily clothed men. The second
women, generally seem to state that men or women
should not judge how a women dress, they should be
free to wear as little clothes as they want as befitting
their character. No criminal have the slightest right to
claim little clothes on a women as a justification for
rape.
This author’s three children (two boys and a girl)
were told of Nikolai Tesla’s prediction about woman
acquiring most of the power in the world. The two
boys were obviously angry and the girl was happy.
Then the boys were informed of how Russia turned
communist, where the oppressed Bolsheviks took
revenge upon the royalty and killed them in anger.
The boys were informed that if they treat woman just
as the kings of Russia treated the oppressed, females
will eventually take revenge on males. If oppression
continues today, one day revengeful woman will
create a women-power world, where magazines or
newspapers will be full of semi-naked men’s pictures.
Most men will be nauseated by this, but this is how
women feel upon seeing the semi naked pictures of
women in the media. If things are not set right now,
when women hold all the top positions in the world, it
will be revenge time and men will be the scared
second class citizens. Women will call men for dates
and everything will be totally reversed. Some men
ask today how could this possibly happen? It is
simple; the muscular strength that got men where they
are today will have no more economic value in the
upcoming robotic age. Brains and other soft skills will
bring in the money. Muscular strength will be an
economically valueless beautification of men’s body,
just like the biologically needed softness of a woman’s
body became less economically valued and are
depicted in the media to please the lower urges of
men. What should men who champion the open
market today do to prevent or reduce this180 degrees
turnaround is to ensure economic growth is more
broadly shared with women.
Men need to remind themselves of the olden days
when having equal rights was the norm for most of
human history. If the whole history of mankind is
taken into account, humans were farming for just 0.3%
of the span of time they have been on earth
(Diamond, 2008). Men would bring home the roots,
fruits or meat and women were the ones who cooked
it so that all could consume. The very important
function of processing the food into edible forms was
vital for human survival. Even today man tends to be
less willing to open up a fruit or cut off the outer layers
especially of difficult fruits like pineapples. But if this is
not done and served to children, the human species
will not thrive. Also the important function of
procreating was viewed as vital for the survival of the
community. Therefore men of ancient times had a
great respect for the women who performed the vital
task of cooking and procreation. This explains why the
very ancient Gods were mostly women. Thus woman
had equal say in the collective decisions made by the
communities of most of the span of human civilization.
As far as cooking is concerned, if women continued
developing recipes right through these scientific times,
there, there will be no hunger in the world. All plant
material can be consumed; if cows can consume
grass with their extensive digestive system, why can’t
humans with all our science and machines process
grass and any vegetation till it becomes fit for human
consumption? In other words, it is the lack of recipes
which is the cause of the large number of humans
dying of hunger. With the correct recipes, only crops
Karunakaran 87
natural to a particular location will be grown, thus
evading the need to have fertilizers and pesticides.
As an example, a healthy vegetable called Sourpuss
androgynous is natural to the island of Borneo and it
grown without any need for fertilizer or pesticides. On
the other hand, other vegetables sold in Borneo
markets (which mostly originated from China or
Europe) need chemicals to survive. If this machine
is invented humans will not need to grow corn or
soybean in the Amazon, destroying the rich natural
vegetation there. Imagine a world where humans just
have to go out to the nearest wild vegetation near their
homes, put it in a machine within their kitchens and
out comes the most tasty and nutritious food. The
food output from the machine can be made to cater to
the owner’s taste and do not need to be a “one-sizefits-all food item”.
In that ancient and simple life of hunters and
gathers, there was no buildup of ego which came
about due to the ownership of properties like farms.
Humans survived on the one or two meals a day
which was a sustainable culture for earth. There was
no subjugation of other humans as slaves to work
large farms which enriched the owners who
consequently had their ego even more entrenched in
a belief system that they were as class superior. Thus
slavery and women subjugation rooted from a learnt
belief by some that they are superior to others due to
their ownership of great wealth.
Women who tend to be naturally more loving and
humble were initially less affected by this learnt
subjugating hierarchy but were gradually classified
closer to the slaves. Rich farming communities
started sending young girls to other villages to be
married off as peace treaties or as seals to unify
farming wealth. Thus female began to be considered
as commodities rather than the embodiments of love
that they are.
The original culture of India held a high regard for
women; many of the Gods in the temples are females.
Women are referred to as the embodiment of the
goddess of wealth (Lakshmi) in homes. One very
ancient text stated that, everyone can understand the
nature of truth irrespective of their caste, creed or sex.
The holiness of the state of realization burns to ashes
all such limitations. Religion places a high regard for
people, irrespective of sex, all who love in equal
measure, who are devoid of selfishness, who are
engaged in the promotion of the welfare for all, who
have dedicated themselves to the service of mankind
and who are ready to sacrifice everything.
The main cause of the killing of female babies of
fetuses in India today is the dowry system, where the
families of females need to pay the husband’s families
a relatively huge sum of money to get their daughters
married. The dowry system is not written in any Indian
scriptures or legends. The government of India has
officially banned dowry in any form but it prevails
illegally. It is just the peer pressure that has built this
culture of competition to fork out money by parents to
get their daughters married. The competition among
the rich to give more and more dowry have infiltrated
to the lower statures of society. This evil culture is
making parents unwilling to have female children. So
much so that if a first child of a newlywed couple is a
girl, some sections of India consider that couple
cursed. Dowry has turned into a competition in the
villages of India, the more money or other wealth
(which can be gold, houses or vehicles) given in
dowry, the better the status of the parents.
Consequently parents who give a low dowry can even
be looked upon as those who care less for their
female children. Even a maid servant (the lowest
strata of society) will have to come up with 50,000
rupees to get married while making only 12,000
rupees per year. Which means a typical maid will have
to save five times her yearly wage to get married. It is
this cruel culture that has caused the murder of 70
million baby girls in India within this generation alone.
One saint stated that boys who collect dowries for
their marriages are committing a sin. He continued
that the problems which India is facing today are due
to the dowry system. In one of the most revered
scriptures, it is stated that women are endowed with
seven kinds of powers while men have only three
(Larson, 1981); despite this, husbands or their families
have to be paid to take a precious daughter as his
wife.
In a related scriptural text; cowherd girls went to
Krishna’s (a God of 5,000 years ago) home to meet
Him but a watchman prevented them from going into
the home, saying that woman cannot enter it. One of
the girls questioned him, “How come you are there?”
He replied, “I am a male.” She then remarked, “You
cannot call yourself a male merely because you are
wearing a male dress. The five elements and the five
life principles are the same in you and us. Merely
because you are wearing a male dress and we are
wearing a female dress, we can be different from each
other? The same divinity is present in you and us. In
fact, Krishna alone is the male principle, all others are
females”. A further scripture states that to be born as
a woman is very fortunate. Only ignorant men think
that they are superior to women. Ladies have pride
(self-respect), wealth (noble and virtuous qualities),
sweet talk, education, intelligence, strength (fortitude)
and patience. Woman is the foundation on which a
peaceful and happy world is to be raised. An era of
peace and joy can be possible only when women are
true and brave, kind and compassionate, virtuous and
pious. The mother's lap is the first school and temple
for every child; mother is his foremost God. Mother is
every man's primary wealth. It is the duty of every
person to recognize this truth. Everyone should
88 J. Res. Peace Gend. Dev.
cherish their parents as embodiments of the Divine.
The father and the mother are inseparable like the
word and its meaning. The mother and father may be
physically separate, but spiritually, they are one.
A powerful story of how a woman used the power
of love to win fame and overall well-being of everyone
is the story of Savitri. She was the only daughter of a
king. Thus the country did not have a son to carry on
the line. The princes of the other kingdoms found her
too educated and beautiful to marry. So her father
sent her out with a contingent to find a suitable
husband herself. The contingent passed a hermit in
the jungle and she immediately felt in her heart that he
was the one for her. The hermit turned out to be the
son of a defeated king whose family now lives in the
jungle. But later the seers of the time informed her
father that this choice of hers was destined to die in a
year’s time. But she insisted that she has already
chosen the hermit in her heart and the marriage was
duly conducted in the jungle. She gave up all her
luxuries and moved to his small hut in the forest. She
did not inform her husband or his family of the
predictions of the seers. When the destined day came
and her husband died, the God of death came for his
soul. She said to the God that she was going to follow
her husband wherever he went. The god of dead of
course refused and persuaded her to go back and
take care of the funeral of her husband. She said her
husband’s body is useless without the soul. The God
of death was pleased by the strength of her love and
granted her some boons. She asked that her father-inlaw have his kingdom back and that her father have a
son to be the heir to the Kingdom. She also asked for
a 100 children. Once these boons were granted,
Savitri asked the God of death, how will she have
children without a husband? Laughing at her
intelligence, the god of death sent her husband’s soul
back to his body. Thus the true love of Savitri for her
husband changed the destiny of two countries, (that of
her parents and that of her parent’s in law) and also
brought back her husband from the clutches of death.
It is not known how a women can bear 100 children
but this story is really ancient and it is possible human
lifespan was much longer in those days.
Despite all these guidance that India has, female
babies are being killed. A common mode on how this
is done is by feeding rice powder when they are just
born. Another way is to drain out a poisonous juice
from a weed and feed this to babies.
One of the prime reasons why parents kill their
female child is the culture of purchasing gold to give to
their daughter when they get married. Gold price is
sky rocketing so it is imperative that all females
abandon the need to beautify themselves with this
metal. This is a fashion which should be relegated to
history books. Warren Buffett who made a huge
financial empire via investment and who even gives
financial advice to the President Obama stated that he
has so far never invested in gold and never will. He
called it non-productive asset which he terms as risky
assets. Gold can be compared to tulips in Holland in
the 1600s. Prices of Tulips ballooned to more than 10
times an average Dutch craftsman’s yearly wage and
then busted to almost worthlessness. Buffett justified
that if all the gold in the world was melted and turned
into a cube, it would have sides of 68 feet. Assume a
wealthy man A owns this cube and another wealthy
man B owns all the farms and engineering companies
of the world. Most of humanity will hope to be B who
will have the power even to bring down the price of
gold to nothingness. B would be doing a service to
society causing whole earth’s population hoping and
praying that his company survives and is run properly
(NASDAQ, 2014). Richer females who “beautify
themselves with gold” should realize that poorer
women do look up to them as role models thereby
emulating their waste of money. The eventual
consequence is the murder of female babies. Maybe
a tiny gold ear ring may enhance beauty but this male
author cannot see beauty in a lady that puts on lots of
gold. This author is an electrical engineer who took an
oath upon graduating from university to never wear
any gold on his body (due to the conductivity of gold);
hence a probable bias against gold ownership.
Even some educated woman today insists that they
will give their daughter gold and other gifts for their
marriage. Instead of showing this kind of familial
connection to their daughters, they should show even
truer love by promising to help their daughters with her
children. That is a real love compared to a material
lump sum of love (gold) that seems like a stamp on an
envelope to send the daughter away from the home
for good. A parent is always a parent to a daughter;
this relationship should continue till one party dies.
In addition to the Indian government’s banning of
the dowry system, there are many religious
organizations in India working on abolishing it.
Currently sign board advertisements appear all over
the country highlighting the preciousness of having a
female baby (Srinivasan and Gary, 2004). After
interviewing some women about how to solve this
problem, the consensus is that men in India must
refuse to accept any material gifts from the families of
their wives. That should be propagated all over India.
But both men and women must embark on bring in
this culture.
In India as well as in most countries, men do not
understand the virtues of women and just take them to
be weaker and incapable of doing important work. But
actually the respect accorded to homes, communities
or countries is due to the women living in them. A
country is described as a Motherland and not
Fatherland and our languages are called our Mothertongues. No cultures call their home country their
Karunakaran 89
father land (Larson, 1981).
In China the killing of female children is so
prevalent that 150 million men (two and a quarter
times the population of United Kingdom) will not be
able to get married. Gangsters who will do anything
for money are already engaged in capturing girls from
neighboring countries to satisfy the demand of
Chinese men for wives. In Chinese culture, there is a
bias against females because they do not carry the
family surname. Also in more traditional Chinese
families, females must follow the husband’s family so
parents do not see enough value in keeping a female
child. In the previous generation, there was a higher
chance of a female dying while giving birth so parents
lowered the value of female babies because they
expected these girls to die at age 15-20 anyway, when
they gave birth. These cultural biases are hugely
accentuated by the One-Child-Policy in China. A
family has one chance to have a boy and if that fails,
the baby is killed (Greenhalgh, 2003). As of 2014 the
government of China has not decided to abandon this
policy. A common way to kill female babies at birth is
to place the placenta on top of the baby at birth.
Upon making a survey, killing of female children is
almost unheard of among Malaysian Chinese but it did
exist a few generations ago in Malaysia. One 50
years old Chinese Malaysian man narrated of how his
sisters were given away at birth by his father. He has
no idea where the sisters are now as his father had
passed away. He knew of people around him who
have killed female babies.
Today things have
changed in Malaysia but one Chinese father said he
sent his daughter for a diploma and did not want to
spend on her degree because he was worried that she
will not support him later in life. But her younger
daughter managed to convince him to sponsor her all
the way to finish her Masters degree.
Mallika Sarabhai wrote an article that many women
themselves are contributing to the lowering of
women’s status in society. Thousands of years of
patriarchy will have to be abolished in both the minds
of women as well as men. She stated that women
have to ask a few question themselves, like, have they
the right to criticize or do they themselves secretly
engage in thoughts that discriminate women? Do
women themselves prefer male friends, children or
colleagues? Do women themselves trust a man more
than another woman? Do women themselves fall
back to feminine tricks or charms or live as a human
person?
In the US only 20% of the engineering students are
female and only 9% of American engineers are women.
The statistics of women in engineering are less in
most other countries. The reason for this is that
engineering often requires long hours of travel, which is
taxing to women and even for men. Often duty calls in
the middle of the night or a sudden trip overseas for
even months at a time.
These might be too much for mothers who normally
have to take care of children, housekeeping or even
looking after aged parents. Thus women tend to find it
hard to climb the corporate ladder in engineering.
Thus the proverbial “glass ceiling” tend to keep
woman away from the top positions of corporations. A
survey of woman in the engineering profession gave
the following wishes. Woman would like to be, treated
with respect, given a chance to prove themselves,
have their thinking accepted, treated as peers in
teams, mentored by experienced seniors and
encouraged (Hersh, 2000).
The current statistics is that for every 140 woman
graduates from college there are 100 men. At work
woman get promoted at an average of 2.6 years after
employment while men get promoted at an average of
3.6 years after employment. But men who are even
learning disabled tend to on the average make more
money over time compared to even intelligent ladies.
This is because of the cultural peer pressure that puts
man as the leader of household, thereby forcing them
to earn money for the family whatever the situation
may be. These numbers come from an illuminating
new book called "The Sexual Paradox" by
psychologist Susan Pinker. She studied a group of
boys with various learning disorders and tracked them
as they grew into adults; many of them highly
successful ones. They took on competitive, higherpaying jobs requiring long hours. Pinker began
noticing that the girls who had outscored them in
classrooms turned out to be much more likely to drop
out of the work force, downshift to less demanding
jobs or avoid high-income and high-stress work
(Pinker, 2008). This must be because of their
biological and psychological makeup of valuing love
while men strive for truth and building the periphery of
their family units by being totally engrossed in their
jobs. Men tend to be more mechanical in their familial
relationship. They will provide the physical amenities
required for a family unit but dealing with domestic
relationships is stressful and therefore often avoided
by them.
But technology is slowly but surely changing the
situation of females engineers, who are starting to
contribute from their homes via computer and the
internet. It is obvious that a woman will be better
designers for products used by women who make up
half of the world’s population. So such jobs should be
solely reserved for women. The “female difference” is
needed to solve many of the problems in engineering.
In addition women have a different way to solve
problems at work which male colleagues can observe
and learn from. An engineer needs to be dedicated
and disciplined, it is this characteristic that gets jobs
done, it doesn’t matter if the engineer is a man or
90 J. Res. Peace Gend. Dev.
woman. One cannot equate a lazy male engineer with
a dedicated woman engineer. It is just like equating a
drunkard and burnt out male with a highly evolved
spiritual female person.
The notion of equal rights (not equality) should be
firmly entrenched in the minds of men. Equality often
means the expectation that the women behave like
men which is unnatural. Equal rights means men
need to accept that woman have equal rights to thieve
as human beings. Men and women excel in differing
aspects of the life, we live here on earth but anyone
should be given freedom to choose whatever
profession he or she feels comfortable with. A woman
may choose a profession normally performed by the
toughest man or a man may choose to a profession
previously only done by a woman. Each should be
given the freedom to choose their profession and this
freedom should never be curtailed by the sex they
were born. Any learned economist will explain that
curtailing freedom of economic activity is a sure way
to kill the economy. Humans have experimented with
curtailed freedom when half the world was communist;
it was a failed experiment which is why the communist
world turned back to freedom.
One way for man or woman foster equality is to
remind ourselves of our start as babies, male and
female babies are so similar, it is illogical that their
rights get diverged as they grow up. Parents at
homes need to start making concerted efforts to
ensure all duties are shared. Conventionally defined
roles of husbands and wives have to be abandoned.
The days when physical might is economically valued
more are gone, the current world’s economy values
attributes found in man as much as those found
naturally in woman. Even the allocation of more
status for physical might was not fairly done previously
because some women are much stronger than men.
Many women feel they need to act masculine to
reach the top echelons of a company or society.
Often feeling they would not be taken seriously in the
board rooms if they act feminine. Hillary Clinton is
one example of a lady who kept her feminine
characteristics all through her run for president. She
even shed tears at one point during the campaign
which seemed to act for her benefit according to poll
figures. Latest study has shown that women CEOs are
motivated by love for their subordinates. This goes
well with latest management theories where the old
ways of forcing people to perform has now been
discarded for loving persuasion. This is especially
true in high technology factories where a disgruntled
worker can bring in a grain of salt and damage a
whole production line of silicon chip manufacturing.
The current trend among women workers is that they
tend to be more feminine upon joining the job but
sheds their feminity for more masculine traits as they
get older.
In current boardrooms, women at the top are all
assertive; only a few women who act feminine have
made it to the top. One lady writer asserts that only
females executive who act masculine makes it to the
top. But this behavior is more due to outside pressure
and expectations rather than how the woman decides
to act themselves. But staff generally expects female
executives to be more nurturing than men. Female
managers tend to remember the children’s name of
staff and not question why staffs are taking personal
time off. One way a female executive can succeed is
by shaking hands before and after meetings, giving
their opinions sufficiently. Statistically woman leaders
have a higher percentage of sharing credit of their
achievements with their team than men. The few
feminine women at the top of corporate ladders are
forming a new culture. And this is good for the world
because we need more women at the top who are
feminine; it is just not natural to act contrary to one’s
nature; being one-self will unleash power. It could be
that women on the top are thinking that, having been
discriminated against for thousands of years, they
must be constantly on guard as militants to prevent
the evil forces of discrimination sprouting and toppling
them. It all goes back to fundamental values. Are
these executives working for the money or giving up
everything for the sake of the people under them?
Having being paid millions, female CEOs should be
free and concentrate on nobler values for the good of
humanity and stake holders, disregarding fear of
backlash from anyone. Top executives should be like
the kings of ancient India who, after a certain age,
gave up their kingdoms to their son and move to the
jungle with their wife, wearing only simple clothes.
Here they engage themselves in spiritual activities
eating only roots and fruits until they die. Executive of
today’s boardroom should have such self-sacrificing
attitude. Women at the top are masculine, not
because it is women’s nature to shed their feminity at
the top but the peer pressure is to behave in such
manner by the small group at the top echelons of the
corporate world. The world will eventually realize that
the most successful woman at the top will be feminine
ones. An analogical situation is when Martina
Navratilova was the first women tennis champion to
be significantly better than the rest. Martina being a
trail blazer in a man’s sporting world was probably
pressured to feel the need to behave totally
masculine. But once women’s tennis became popular
because of her, the current women at the top of the
game seem more feminine (Connor, March 19, 2010).
On TV one a woman claimed that women in her
area are discriminated against severely. Upon
googling the treatment of woman in her area; web
sites were filled with horror stories about being
abused. Upon asking a highly educated woman
about this, she said, “all women worldwide are being
Karunakaran 91
discriminated against”. This statement eye-opening
because she is an electrical engineer and came from
a long line of people were woman were dominant in
their homes and society. In that community in
Southern India, property is always passed from
parents to daughters and never to sons. The dowry
was never practiced. For her to feel all women are
discriminated against prompted further googling only
to find horror stories. Stories like a single woman
going out without a protector, namely a father or
brother is guilty whatever the abuses against her
were. Mothers should not be allowing their daughters
alone in homes with their brothers or male cousins,
due to the rape potential. Almost all of these go
unreported because the authorities tend to be men
and never seem to support the victims. One lady said
that her culture forbids the talk about forced sex which
is the big advantage for the predators. In cultures
where woman are not allowed to voice up their
concerns, the men appear as angels who never
commit such crimes (Kappler, 2011).
For a modern parent, it is a kind of a shock that
their grown daughter needs her sibling’s or parents
protection whenever she goes out. Most people point
out to thousands of years of culture, but it must be
noted that thousands of years is nothing compared to
the span of time humans were around.
One lady informed that she got a divorce from her
husband because her parents in law wants her to give
up her job in the town and live with them in the village.
Her husband also does not have that great a job. So
this woman’s grievance is the lack of financial freedom
plus social freedom. She said she will not mind
concentrating on taking care of her three children
even if her spatial freedom is hampered, given that
her husband can provide for the family properly, but
her husband could not do so.
Another single older lady when informed about the
genocide going on in India and China asked, “why do
the ladies get married if they know their babies will be
killed?” She also proposed that the babies be given
up for adoption even to other countries.
A man interviewed mentioned that both sexes are
endowed with divine characters namely the desire to
do good for males and the compassionate heart for
females. They display these characteristics mainly
through their words. These characters complement
each other.
Another male mechanical engineer is more blunt,
he said for pipes we have we have male fittings and
female fittings, we cannot do the job with only one part
we need both to get the job done.
CONCLUSION
Imagine a world where man and woman have totally
equal rights, nobody considers the sex of a person as
criteria for judging. Various humans have their own
strength which can be economically viable. Among
men, some use their extremely great intellect to gain
financial resources and others use their muscular and
technical skills to achieve economic success. Even
some crippled men have stormed to the world and
achieved great successes. An extreme example is
Stephen Hawking. Now we must seamlessly move the
hugely varied and profitable skillsets which women
poses, fully into the economic arena and let them
strive to capture niches which they were unable to
develop due to draconian laws (which were either
politically or religiously motivated). These laws were
formulated by egoistic men who wanted to chain up
the economic potential of women. The world of
economics is different now; no longer can one define
a job or group of jobs. This author is a professional
electrical engineer with a PhD but is currently getting
income from ten active niches markets (and a few
passive ones) which he found over the years. Another
example is a Mechanical engineer who used to work
in Western Digital (WD) with this author. He was never
a hands-on or technical engineer; he would just
observe his technicians perform their jobs. But he was
always the one organizing outing including lunch
breaks. In 2009, over a thousand staff was retrenched
because the WD factory was closing down. This
mechanical engineer moved on to an oil and gas
company with a lower salary than WD. His company’s
projects were simple from an engineering stand point;
the only issue being the securing of contracts from
Shell and Petronas. Being social all his life, he
excelled in this so much that they actually made him a
25% shareholder. Recently he became a 50%
shareholder, thereby becoming the richest former WD
staff. This mechanical engineer had a skillset which
was not in his training as a mechanical engineer; he
developed it and was rewarded profusely.
Humans must be let totally free to find niches in the
world market to survive. In the old days, humans
were widely enslaved by country borders, racial
borders and sexual borders. All a government needs
to do is remove as much as possible these borders
and the economy will automatically bloom. That is the
basic mantra Adam Smith was professing in the
1700s. Much of the world did not fully understand the
concept of this great mind which explains why big
portions of humanity experimented with totalitarian
communism the last few decades. Even today some
religious extremists want to put more fences on
humans’ ability to work out their niche markets. There
is no need for a think-tank to find economic direction
for a country, just form a think-tank on how to ensure
every single citizen is totally free to find their own
niche market. Niches markets for a particular human’s
skills could be half way across the earth. The big

border this paper delves on is that of the restrictions to
striving economically encountered by females,
especially in the Asian countries. As these borders are
totally removed prosperity of this half of the population
will enrich all.
At work each person contributes as varied people,
some may be men and some may be women.
Nobody should think that being a woman or being a
man is a criterion for their appraisal. Man dress in one
way which can be quite varied from one man to
another, in the same way, each woman dress in quite
varied ways. There are woman who dress squarely
just as there are men who does so. But generally a
woman will tend to dress a quanta level more fancily
than men as a depiction of their innate characteristics
of love.
At home, woman bears the child but the work is
equally shared. Most work at home is automated, the
lack of automation these days is probably one of the
main chains than enslave woman. Vacuuming and
mopping can be automated; one only has to fill up the
soap in the mopping robot or empty the dust in the
robot vacuum cleaner. There are already on sale robot
vacuuming and mopping machines which know when
to do work as well as return back to the wall outlet to
get charged. But these can also be automated further.
There can be a soap dispenser which may need to be
filled up only once in say three months and the
purchase of this will be done automatically by the
vacuum cleaner, online, delivered right to the exact
station in the home where it need to be placed.
Vacuum cleaners can be automated to empty the dust
themselves and this will be combined with the house
garbage which can automatically be emptied to the
main house garbage bin. There can be automation in
cleaning the dining table. Cooking is totally automated
with “T.V Dinners” being ordered online delivered to
refrigerators of homes. Upon pressing a button, the
“T.V. Dinner moves out onto a conveyor belt and gets
cooked in a microwave or other ovens and then
moves onto the dining table. In other words the home
will be free of work. Parents can spend quality time
with their children; teaching them morality and helping
them find their individual advantages which they
should be encouraged to develop till they eventually
find their niche market. Children will have school from
7:30am to 5:00pm or parents may choose to send
their children to a school from 7:30am to 12:00pm. In
the latter case one parent need to work half day or
work online at home.
If girls are left to their nature, they will grow up
thinking that there are fully equal to their male siblings.
It is only the external world which changes their views
at around twelve years of age. Looking at a man or
woman, the only difference is that woman will once in
a while get pregnant and have a baby. Women have
a different body shape to cater to child bearing. But
beyond this a woman is just a human being.
