Park City Lions Club Scholarship
Eligibility:
Graduating seniors from Barren County high School who meet the
following requirements may submit an application:
 Senior in good standing
 Must have attended Park City School
 Must plan to pursue a four-year Bachelor’s Degree at an
accredited college or university.
The scholarship is in the total amount of $500.00. Normally, half
of the money amount ($250.00) is paid upon submission of
satisfactory acceptance at an accredited college. The remainder is
usually given upon registration for the second semester.
Requirements:
Applicant must submit the following:
 Persona data/information on the attached sheet.
 Two Letters of recommendation from the principal, senior
sponsor, counselor, or a teacher from Barren County High
School.
 A short essay expressing your plans to attend college and
what the scholarship may mean toward your attainment of
your goals in life.
 Transcript
Completed scholarship applications should be returned to the
Guidance Office by March 31, 2015.
