5. Consider the case of two electrons moving at the same speed parallel to
one another, and separated by a distance r. (a) Compute the electrostatic
force between them. (b) Compute the magnetic force between them. (c)
Move to a reference frame where the two electrons are both at rest and
compute the electrostatic force. (d) Show that the magnetic force can be
explained as the difference between the electric forces depending on the
choice of reference frame.
