The Colonial Advertisement Campaign
You have been given a job by the governor of an English
Colony who is eager to attract more settlers. You will
create an advertisement that will attract settlers to your
area. In addition to persuading settlers to come, you
must have the following items on the advertisement:
-The colony name and region
-The founder/governor’s name
- A slogan/catch phrase
- COLOR! Inject color by providing maps, charts,
graphs and advertisements which will entice
settlers to come to your colony!

and society (native peoples, influential people),
geography/climate, culture, commerce/transportation,
communication, education
