Preface
2016 4th International Conference on Electrical Energy and Networks (ICEEN
2016) was held in Nice, France during February 18-19, 2016.
The conference provides a platform to discuss Electrical Energy and Networks
etc. with participants from all over the world, both from academia and from
industry. Its success is reflected in the papers received, with participants
coming from several countries, allowing a real multinational multicultural
exchange of experiences and ideas.
Every submission has been peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers in the right area,
and more than 42 submissions have been received with only 17 of them were
accepted for final presentation, in which 8 will be published in conference
proceedings and the other 9 will be recommended to the journal.
This conference can only succeed as a team effort, so the editors want to
thank the international scientific committees and the reviewers for their
excellent work in reviewing the papers as well as their invaluable input and
advice. Thanks also goes to the Guizhou University, China, International
Association of Computer Science & Information Technology, and EDP
Sciences for their various support to ICEEN 2016.
