RCI (Sagona) and UTS (Miller, Fenn) collaboration to evaluate a 2 TB file system mount from RCI
HPC cluster to Isilon enterprise storage system.
RCI set up basic prototype Galaxy server gateway for web-based sequence analysis to be
evaluated by College of Pharmacy and Biology departments.
Phil Moore provided information for research computing section of Educause survey.
Paul Sagona and Ben Torkian gave presentation to CSE 190 students to provide career
information in high performance and research computing.
RCI cited in College of Pharmacy publication in support of bioinformatics research.
Phil Moore met with Mary Harris, CIO of Savannah River National Laboratory, to discuss
collaboration topics.
