Compliance with the instructions below will ensure US Customs
regulations are met and will speed up processing of shipments into the US

Country of Origin. If no origin is on the pack out label, affix a label reading
"Made in ______" and add the origin of the product.

6) Special requirement
for stock rotation
returns

The distributor shall return one stock rotation under one RMA in one
shipment.
If for some reason the distributor can not send one stock rotation in one
shipment, the distributor shall apply for multiple RMAs for one stock rotation
and return one shipment per RMA.
7) Proof of Delivery
(POD)

It is recommended to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) from your freight
forwarder to verify the shipment has made it to its final destination (Cisco
Returns Center).
8) Return Freight

Return shipment is required to be sent Freight Prepaid to USA.

