Allison R. Turnley, RN, BSN, BA, MSM
Allison Turnley is the Director of Emergency Services at Palmetto Health Richland. She
earned her BA in History with a minor in Education and her BSN degrees from the
University of South Carolina. She earned her Master of Science in Management degree from
Southern Wesleyan University. She completed the Executive Development Institute at the
Darla Moore School of Business at USC in 2012. Allison has held several leadership
positions during her 24 years at Palmetto Health Richland, including Assistant Nurse
Manager, Nurse Manager and Administrator on Duty. She was previously certified in both
orthopedic and emergency nursing. She is currently certified in HAZMAT decontamination
and Hospital Emergency Incident Command (HEICS). She is a member of the Emergency
Nurses Association Central Chapter. She was Employee of the Year for her unit in 2006.
