The goal of EPMS is to address requirements in System Procedure 6.5.5: “The system office shall develop necessary procedures and systems to administer, monitor and report on all facilities construction projects funded by capital, HEAPR, Revenue Fund or other major sources.” Project Objectives 1. Maintain budgeting and financial information to include import and/or export capabilities with MnSCU ISRS financial software system 6. Tie funding source to contract/purchase order and invoice/pay application 7. Robust reporting capabilities across program modules 8. Set up “gates” to ensure requirements are completed prior to proceeding into next phase 9. Capture MnSCU system office and college/university staff time and expenses in support of construction project management work. This will be optional for college/university 10. Track company names of consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and their sub consultants 11. Self-supportive training 12. Defines standard terminology 13. Integrated help feature within system 14.
