STATEWIDE VENDOR FILE REFERENCE GUIDE RELEASE
The Department of Financial Services, Bureau of Vendor Relations, is pleased to announce the
release of the Statewide Vendor File Reference Guide. This new manual includes a
comprehensive review of all policies and procedures pertaining to the Statewide Vendor File,
with many helpful hints on frequently accessed functions such as vendor search tips, formatting
standards, and vendor update requests. The new manual is located on the Division of
Accounting and Auditing’s website under Statewide Vendor File at
http://www.myfloridacfo.com/Division/AA/Manuals/default.htm.
This manual is a product of the Statewide Vendor File workgroup. We appreciate the agencies
that participated in the workgroup: Department of Business and Professional Regulation,
Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Health, Department of Revenue, and
the Department of Transportation.
