SUBJECT: STATEWIDE VENDOR FILE TRAINING NOTIFICATION
The Bureau of Vendor Relations will conduct a required Statewide Vendor File (SWVF) Training for agency employees with SWVF “add” access. The training will cover the new SWVF policies and procedures including:
Add access requirements
Formatting standards
Adding records to the SWVF
Vendor search tools
Vendor record update request process
Record purge cycle
Activity monitoring
Successfully passing the test at the completion of the course is required for employees to retain
SWVF “add” access.
Two training sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 9:00–11:00 AM and
1:30–3:30 PM. Attendees may register for either session at https://apps8.fldfs.com/lms/Home.aspx
.
Please limit agency attendees to only those employees that have SWVF “add” access.
The training will be held at the Department of Revenue Conference Center in the Capital Circle
Office Center, 2450 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Building 1, Rooms 1220 and 1221.
