We
use the present tense
to talk about an action
that always or often takes
place or that is happening
now.
PRESENT TENSE

PRESENT PROGRESSIVE
To
stress that an action
is happening right
now, you use the
present progressive
tense.
THE IMPORTANCE OF ESTAR
Because
this is
something that is
happening NOW, in this
instant, and could
change at any moment,
we use ESTAR.
