openly discuss patient safety issues

6:30 PM: Keynote speech and dinner served
7:30 PM: Breakout table discussions
9:00 PM: Conclusion of formal meeting
Only full MCAAPM members are invited to attend this event. The fee is $15 per person, which
includes dinner. Checks should be sent by mail to our treasurer (see below) before the date of
the event. Alcohol will not be served.
We will be limiting the number of attendees to 30, so please RSVP early by mailing your check to
reserve your seat. Be sure to include your name and email address. You will receive a
confirmation of your reservation via email.
