Citibank P/T Cards Training For New P/T Cards and On-line Bank System By Accounts Payable 1 New P/T Card Distribution 07/01/11 Citibank P/T Cards will be distributed at the Accounts Payable Office. P/T Cards will be distributed to the appropriate people who are authorized by the CDA’s for pickup. Cardholders can start using Citibank P/T Cards on 07/01/11. 2 New P/T Card Distribution Activating P-Cards Cardholder must activate his/her cards by calling the toll free number on the card and providing the last 4 digits of his/her emplID. Activating Travel Cards Travel Cards will be activated centrally by AP. 3 JPMC P/T Cards The last day you can use JPMC P/T Cards will be 06/30/11. JPMC P/T Card accounts will be centrally closed by AP. Cardholders are responsible for cutting the cards into pieces and discarding them appropriately. The July billing cycle (P-Card: 06/07/11 – 07/05/11, Travel Card: 06/11/11 – 07/11/11) will be the last billing cycle for JPMC cards. 4 SDOL The last day you can use SDOL will be 08/31/11. Departments must make sure that the Expense Reports for all previous periods were generated via SDOL and uploaded to the finance system. 5 What’s new? P-Cards and Travel Cards P-Cards: Blue Travel Card: Gray Expiration Date Each P/T Card has a different expiration date. Billing Cycle Citibank P/T Card billing cycle ends on the 3rd of the month for both P-Cards and Travel Cards. 6 What’s new? Online Bank System GCMS – Global Card Management System Expense Report You can generate the Expense Report via GCMS. Schedule Report GCMS requires that all reports be scheduled to run. There is no “real-time” report. Due Date for GCMS Entries All account/cost center information should be entered into GCMS by the 20th of each month. 7
