MEETING NOTICE.
Sub: ADRM Committee - resolution of disputes between State Electricity Agencies
and CII ( and its subsdiaries)/SCCL relating to Third Party Sampling/Grade
Slippage -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry's DO of even no. dated 08.02.2016
on the subject cited above and to inform that the meeting of the ADRM committee in the
above matter which was scheduled for 14.03.2016 has now been fixed on 29.03.2016 at
11:00 AM in the Conference Hall, Coal India Ltd., Scope Complex 6th Floor,
Core No.6,Lodhi Road, New Delhi —110 001.

All the members of the ADRM Committee from State of Karnataka, Maharashtra,
Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP and MP are requested to attend the said meeting
alongwith the representatives of respective State Power Corporation/ GENCO.
CMDs of CIL, SCCL are therefore requested to depute the concerned of cials to

attend the meeting in the matter.
