come to the main office lobby and a staff member will help you with……….

SAFETY PROCEDURES:
All volunteers will have a badge (printed out for them) when they arrive at check in

All doors to the school will be locked
Parents/family members will NOT be allowed to walk the hallways of the school
Parents/family members who wish to see the indoor event in the gym, will be able to do
so, but must come in through the front door and go directly to the gym
All students must eat their lunch in the cafeteria between 11:00 and 1:00 as per the
schedule above. Parents/guardians are not permitted to eat lunch with their children.
Students are dismissed at 3:40 pm. If your child normally rides a bus, but will be a car rider on Olympic Day,
please notify the teacher in advance of the change in dismissal. Car riders will be dismissed at the usual
car rider door. If parents are attending Olympic Day events and have parked in our lot (our side
lot will remain open that day), they may walk to that door to pick up their children. Please give
your name to the car rider staff when you arrive at the car rider door and they will bring your
children out to you.
