Purpose:
The Instructional Master Plan guides the ongoing educational development at El Paso Community College by placing
learning first and promoting sensitivity to the diversity of our community. This plan supports El Paso Community
College=s mission by remaining student centered, facilitating transferability and fostering workforce skills.
