The report: "(1) Blue Cross — Blue Shield —We arc still awaiting final decision by the Comptroller as regards payroll deduction. We are hopeful of receiving a n answer prior to the special meeting of the Association on February 24. (A favorable, answer was received f r o m t h e Governor). "12) Accident and Health — We have requested approval of the Insurance Company of continuance of t h e extra benefits provided under the plan.
