Treasurer: Carrie Skinfill Current budget report was not available for circulation due to copier malfunction. It will be posted on the website. Book fair money has been deposited; KidStuff still doesn’t show our payment to the company, so that will come down. Directory ads exceeded the budget. Teacher Representative: Mrs. McLean Mrs. McLean relayed a letter from Mrs. Powers, Mrs. Martin, & Mrs. Kenworthy requesting that funding be reinstated for the Student Council/Safety Patrol end-of-year party. Party funds were discontinued a few years ago. Current funds are for activities only. Dr. Taylor has been covering the cost of pizza for the party. After discussion, it was decided to keep funding as it is since parties for other school organizations (Reading Olympics, Jazz Band, etc.) are not funded by Home & School. Margaret Ridge wished to thank teachers for their patience during the group yearbook photos on November 11, 2015. Principal: Dr. Taylor Received an email from Donna Brenninger regarding having our mascot on the NP Alumni Association float in the Lansdale Mardi Gras parade. Kristen Kimball and Margaret Ridge had already agreed to ride the float. Received a quote for extending the walking path around the school’s back property. The cost for a 962’ x 5.5’ asphalt path is $20,000. Dr. Taylor will see if it’s possible to get competing quotes. Stacy Spizziri suggested that this would be suitable for an Eagle Scout project. She will talk to Troop 141. Special Events/Fundraisers Clothing Drive: Karen Mondoro We made $339.20, so we’re on track to meet or exceed our budget of $550 for the year. Timberwolf Trot: Margaret Ridge Matching funds are still coming in. We exceeded our budget of $5,925. Final school participation was 87%. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped at the event. We’ve received a small number of orders. Picture Retake Day: Margaret Ridge & Janet O’Donnell Took about 15 retakes. Group pictures went well. Dining Out: Chris Schwar (not present) No report. We believe December Dining Out will be at Grub Burger. Book Fair/Principal’s Story Time: Arin Crowley & Wendy Weist We had $6,416.02 in total sales, we earn 25% of that. Lisa Lupinacci & Aimee Heavener both have prizes to donate. Holiday Shop: Connie Brown (not present) & Karen Nevard (present) Holiday Shop will be Fri, Dec 11 during Blizzard Bingo and Mon, Dec 14 – Thurs, Dec 17 during recess.
