NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT Administrative Regulations 4116 PERSONNEL All District Employees Employee Job Descriptions Job descriptions for all employees are kept on file in the office of human resources. As a new position is added, or an existing position is modified or deleted, it is the responsibility of the appropriate administrator to make necessary changes to the job description so that it remains current. A job description template, the result of a district-wide job reclassification project, is to be used to write all job descriptions. This consistent format applies to all employee categories and includes a code number, job title, reporting responsibilities, general work schedule, essential functions, education required, experience needed, necessary skills, and physical requirements.
