•Identify a trusted community member to lead the
referendum campaign.
•Identify five strong campaign supporters.
•Plan a big “kick-off” event.

Scheduling Committee: Schedules presentations
Presenter Committee: Trains presenters and assigns

Budget/Finance Committee: Raise funds so that the
referendum does not use school funds
Telephone Committee: Reminds supporters to vote on
election day.
