Reading/Writing Students will be progress monitored using tools in the READ 180 program with the goal of students reading at or above grade level READ 180 Training provided with purchase of the program Math students will be progress monitored using teacherdeveloped common formative assessments as well as identified tools as supported by the Curriculum and Assessment Director Program Support from OSPI through What are the existing and/or new resources that will be used to accomplish this activity? Closing the Achievement Gap of Students with Disabilities (SWD) and Low Income (LI) Students Proficiency Goals: To improve instructional practices and support systems to close the identified achievement gaps in reading and math for SWD and/or LI students. Use of discipline data as well as positive behavior tickets will be used to monitor implementation. We will also survey staff at different points in the year to gather staff feedback. Improvement of School Culture Proficiency Goals: To promote positive behavior at school that leads to a stronger school culture centered around student learning Implement PBIS into school culture by working on establishing school wide consistency in the language we use with students, reinforcing desired positive behaviors and also correcting misbehavior through the consistent use of positive language. 2014-15 school year.
