is the principle around which the North Penn School
District Educational Foundation is built. Founded in
1988, the Foundation sponsors enrichment programs
within the district’s 17 schools. Through the years, the

Every spring, the Foundation receives dozens of grant proposals created by North Penn teachers for implementation
