Performance Objective:
After completing this lesson, the student will understand the basic opportunities
available to them in the occupation that involve the science of statistics and risk
management, how to prepare for a career in this field, and some ethical
consideration in the area of Statistics and Risk Management. Approximate Time:
When taught as written, this lesson should take 4-5 days to complete.
Specific Objectives:
 The student will discuss the importance various careers.
 The student will understand some important considerations as they
prepare for a career.
 The student will review and understand basic ethical issues in Statistics
and Risk Management.
