Note: The candidate must have evidence of continued service to the graduate programs since the date of his/her
graduate faculty appointment or renewal. Five of the criteria listed below must be met in order for the
candidate to receive renewal of his/her graduate faculty status as Full Graduate Faculty Status. Four of the
criteria listed below must be met in order for the candidate to receive renewal of his/her graduate faculty status
as Associate Graduate Faculty Status. One of the criteria listed below must be met in order for the candidate to
receive renewal of his/her graduate faculty status as Temporary Graduate Faculty Status.
