Mr. Namgyu Kim Chief Director. Korea Small & Medium IT Business Export Cooperative (KOSMIC) Mr. Namgyu Kim is the Chief Director of the Korea Small & Medium IT Business Export Cooperative (KOSMIC), a group of small and medium‐sized IT companies trying to promote their business overseas in cooperation with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. He is also the CEO of The Bridgesoft, Inc. (TBS), a company specializing in IT consulting, SW solution development, e‐office systems, and eDocuOffice. Despite its short history, TBS has participated in various consulting projects in Uganda, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and the Dominican Republic. Before establishing TBS, Mr. Kim worked for Handysoft for 22 years and has experienced almost all kinds of jobs possible in a software company, from being a Developer to a CEO. Among various expertise, he is especially knowledgeable in groupware, e‐office, and e‐
Government. His former clients include the military, banks, public sector, universities, and foreign governments. Mr. Kim holds a PhD in business administration of IT policy and has studied computer engineering and management engineering.
