MARK V. JORDAN is an attorney with Bracepoint Law, where he practices in the area of business law with an emphasis
on intellectual property, entertainment, and international and
corporate transactions. Mr. Jordan recently co-wrote with Philip A. Talmadge the book Attorney Fees in Washington, published by Lodestar Publishing. He has been appointed a Rule 39.1 Neutral
by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington
and serves as an arbitrator for King County Superior Court. Mr. Jordan earned his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and LL.M. degree (international and comparative law) from Notre Dame Law School.
NEIL SUSSMAN is a Seattle attorney concentrating in the areas of art, entertainment and media law. His practice includes work
on matters such as recording and publishing agreements;
management and merchandising agreements; copyright and
trademark issues; income tax return preparation and planning;
licensing agreements; and forming corporations and limited liability companies for small businesses. Mr. Sussman is a member of the
Washington State Bar Association and the Washington Lawyers for the Arts. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
MARK H. WITTOW is a partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates, where his practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, and counseling, including the acquisition, development, marketing, licensing and distribution of computing devices;
software and related services; other types of technology and
media content; electronic commerce issues; and complex patent
licensing patent dispositions. He is a frequent presenter and author on cloud computing; copyright and trade secret law developments;
and technology transaction and licensing issues. Mr. Wittow chairs the Northwest Chapter of the Copyright Law Society of the
United States, and is a member of the American Bar Association
(Intellectual Property Law Section). He earned his B.A. degree from Hampshire College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
