Recommendations
Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to TSB Circular 211 of 25 August 1999, I hereby inform you that 55 Member States
participating in the last meeting of Study Group 3, approved the text of 4 draft revised or new
ITU-T Recommendations during its Plenary session held on 17 December 1999.

Annex 1 gives you the titles of the approved texts of these revised or new ITU-T
Recommendations.

Please note that the draft revised Recommendation D.140 has not been approved and that
Study Group 3 has decided to submit this draft to the next World Telecommunication
Standardization Assembly, according to section 8.2.2 of Resolution No.1 of the WTSC (Geneva,
1996).

The texts of these approved Recommendations will be published by the ITU as soon as
possible.
