CREATING THE REPORT
 We
worked with Institutional Research
 We had a report that was our foundation
 Schedule Codes should be tied to your salary
schedule.
 The report was run
 We modified the report
 Many more modifications were made.
REPORT—DETAIL (EXAMPLE 1)
These classes are Lecture Classes = 12 total Credit hours * 2.25 = 27 hours
REPORT—DETAIL (EXAMPLE 2)
This employee is working 13.8 classroom lab hours and 8 hours in an hourly assignment. The
8 hours are divided by 2 = 4 + 13.8 = 17.8 hours per week this employee is working.
REPORT—DETAIL (EXAMPLE 3)
These classes are Clinical classes and we did not pull any hours from the class schedule.
These hours are paid by a timesheet so the total hours = 18.5 hours divided by 2 = 9.25
hours worked per week.
REPORT—DETAIL (EXAMPLE 4)
Part-Time Staff employee is working over 28 hours per week.
