DESCRIPTION
The RZL is a suspended/surface linear direct and semi-direct LED continuous
row solution for new and retrofit construction. Designed for larger open
ceiling environments, the RZL offers advanced LED technology and optical
distributions that deliver high quality soft diffuse illumination while
minimizing installation costs with the abiltiy to mount continuously with 4, 8
and 12 foot modular sections. The wide variety of styles and lumen outputs
available make it easy to use in a variety of building environments including
aisleways, open offices, retail, educational facilties and low bay applications.

SPECIFICATION FEATURES
Electrical
Fixture equipped with proprietary
Eaton’s Cooper Lighting solid state
light engines. LEDs are available
in 3000K, 3500K or 4000K with
a typical CRI ≥ 85. Modules are
coupled with high efficiency
electronic LED drivers for optimal
preformance. Standard drivers
are 0-10 volt continuous dimming
that work with any 0-10V control/
dimmer; specify -STD in driver
options. The RZL is Powered by
Fifth Light with Digital Addressable
Lighting Interface (DALI) drivers;
specify -FLT in driver options.
Construction
Compact 3.5”x 6.4” profile with
a die-formed 20 gauge cold rolled
steel upper channel for strength
and rigidity combined with a dieformed aluminum lower housing.
End Caps & Joining Covers
End caps and joiner covers are
injection molded polycarbonate,
mechanically attached with no
fasteners.
Sheilding
NB option: solid aluminum sides
with high transmission 0.125 inch
thick clear linear prismatic lay-in
flat acrlic lens with a white micro
baffle inlay to minimize visual
glare.

Mounting
Surface mount - custom junction box
cover plate supports the fixture at the
power mount and connects to a 4”
octagonal junction, by others. All other
mounts interface to 1/4” -20 studs by
others protruding from the ceiling.
1/2” standoffs provided by Corelite
required between surface and fixture.
Mounting centers for the first fixture
is the length of the fixture less 2-3/8”,
all other mounting centers are 4’, 8’
or 12’ on-center. Refer to installation
instructions for more details.

Finish
Fixture housings are high reflectance
white (standard) using electrostatically
applied polyester powder coat paint.
Silver and custom colors are available.
Injection molded pieces are color
matched.
