The LumaWatt Outdoor Lighting Control and Management System,
automates light levels while metering and reporting system performance,
enabling compliance to energy saving codes and standards. The remote
sensor housing is an accessory that expands the system capability,
allowing control of: a complete circuit, fixtures that cannot incorporate a
LumaWatt Sensor, or act as a signal repeater to extend system coverage.

The remote sensor housing
incorporates a LumaWatt wireless
sensor available with two alternate
relay control options. OPTION 1:
Control Relay only (CR) provides
0-10V dimming capable of
controlling a maximum of five
dimming drivers (2mA per driver),
ON/OFF relay switching of a 3-amp
load (600W) as well as power
monitoring and all the full benefits
of LumaWatt management OPTION
2: A Switching Relay (SR) is added
to the control relay to service a
8-amp to 20-amp load (depending
on voltage). Power monitoring
is not available for this option.
Dimming control is limited to
0-10V, maximum 10mA.
LumaWatt sensors and standard
control relay option manage
luminaire output ON/OFF or dim in
1% increments, triggered by photo
or motion sensing. Luminaire
operation is monitored and
reported in real time, verifying and
documenting performance. Power
consumption is measured, in real
time, to 2% accuracy. Sensors can
communicate up to 300’ line-ofsight (LOS) without obstructions.
The remote sensor housing
includes hardware for attachment
to both square and round poles
up to 6” diameter. Wall mounts to
a recessed single gang junction
box. Wire entry is fully gasketed
with 24” of wire connection leads
extending from the housing.
