Our team aims be an internationally recognised Centre of
Excellence performing research on complex social systems producing sustainable high impact outcomes.
Such systems invariably have experienced based elements in their value proposition to a greater or lesser extent.
Self care is the care taken by individuals towards their own health and wellbeing throughout life. This includes the care extended towards children, family, friends and others in the community.
We are currently working with the Health Sector to understand how best to design systems that promote and enable self care.
• Adoption of tools by complex system practitioners, fully in 2 value chains
• 30% annual budget savings per complex system
• 50% improved end-user experience
• 50% end-user behavioural change
• To scope cultural, behavioural and operational issues for self care systems to determine an effective strategy for implementing sustainable change.
• To map the connections in healthcare economy and access their degree of agility.
• To develop an operations model that will help focus on decision making and resources across stakeholders, leading to meaningful, effective systems change.
• To generate educational material that would embed the work across academia and the health service.
