Project Planning, Management, and Control WMG MSc Module This module treats the management of projects in the widest context of a business activity with specific limited objectives and timescale. It encompasses both product development and ‘change’ projects, providing an appreciation of the issues and current techniques for successful project planning and control, including the selection and motivation of project teams. This module is based on the curriculum of the Association for Project Management, and students are expected to sit the exam for the APMP qualification one week after the module. What will you study? What will you gain? The module will be delivered through lectures covering theory and practical examples, as well as group exercises.
