Jeffrey White
Regional Director, EMEA and Russia, Iridium Satellite LLC
Jeffrey White is the Regional Director of Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Russia for
Iridium Satellite LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing and developing the current
customer base within EMEA and Russia; working with cross-functional teams on developing
new markets, regions and clients; and supporting corporate activities and initiatives within the
regions.
As former Associate Legal Counsel for Iridium, White supported the legal, management, sales
and engineering teams in preparing, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements
including procurement and sales contracts, software development, bilateral agreements,
intellectual property (IP) agreements, partnering agreements and government contracts. He
assisted with corporate and commercial litigation, international licensing and
telecommunications regulatory matters, and managed intellectual property agreements and
licenses.
Prior to joining Iridium, White was an attorney and managing partner for Honick & White, P.A.
He also worked as Contracts Attorney and Associate Counsel at Loral CyberStar, Inc., and
served as a cryptologic Russian Linguist for the U.S. Air Force. White has also held internships
at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) International Bureau Satellite Division
and the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Environment and Natural Resources, both in
Washington, D.C.
White holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance and minor in
statistics from Stetson University. He has completed the two-year Russian Studies Program at the
Defense Language Institute, and holds a Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in International and
Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
